Pumpkin for the People: The Candle I Never Planned to Make

I’ll be honest—I wasn’t planning on making a pumpkin candle this year.

Pumpkin is everywhere once fall rolls around, and I didn’t feel like adding just another pumpkin scent to the mix. But then my nieces got involved. Let’s just say their puppy eyes were… very convincing.

At first, I laughed it off. But they didn’t stop asking. And their excitement got me thinking—what if I could create a pumpkin candle that wasn’t basic? Something warm, cozy, and a little unexpected.

So I started experimenting. After a few “meh” versions, I finally found it:

  • Spiced pumpkin

  • Soft vanilla

  • A touch of cream

The end result? A scent that reminds me of the pumpkin rolls I look forward to every fall—sweet, spiced, and perfectly cozy.

And that’s how Pumpkin for the People was born: a little nudge from my nieces, a lot of testing, and a candle that feels like fall in a jar.

Available now—thanks to two very persuasive nieces, and for you, my customers. 🍂
